Rose Sencha Granita

Metric American Ingredients
600 gr 21.0 oz Water
10 gr 1/3 oz Rose Sencha Tea
160 gr 5.5 oz Sugar
5 gr   Lemon Juice

Preparation:

Heat water with sugar and bring to a boil.
Add Tea leafs.
Let infuse for about 1/2 hour

Strain to remove Tealeaves.

Pour in hotel pan and place in freezer. Move mix with whisk often to promote even ice crystal formation.

Serving suggestion

Serve as an intermezzo.
