Impress your friends and family with this crisp and spicy cocktail that is made with one of our most popular black teas - Ginger Peach!
Ginger Peach Cocktail
- 1-liter white port (ex. Dows Fine White Porto)
- ¼ cup Peach, roughly chopped
- 4 slices of fresh ginger
- 3-4 sachets White Lion Ginger Peach
- 2 tablespoons candied ginger, chopped
- Place the port in a non-reactive container with the peach and fresh ginger
- Steep at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Add the tea and steep another 30 minutes.
- Taste. Continue steeping until the desired concentration is reached.
- Strain well using multiple layers of cheesecloth or coffee filters until fully clear. Store at room temp.
- Serve garnished with a chunk of candied ginger
